Quicken app not updating

(This was the issue, but follow the remaining steps) Delete Quicken App on Phone. Click edit near your email address and deactivate your phone. Go to Quicken on your computer and go to Mobile area and click edit where you see the Bank of America accounts. As long as you login to Boa on a cpu and check to see if your new i Phone is listed under mobile setting then you shouldn't have to delete boa app.

Quicken updates are free, and Quicken may tell you an update is available when it starts up.

Problem: When you try to sync data via the mobile app with Bank of America you get the "temporarily unavailable" or "one account needs attention" etc. trying several fixes within Quicken, I figured out that is wasn't Quicken. Yes their BOA's tech support told me multiple times it's Quicken.

Well, I bet you switched phones, downloaded Quicken App, synced and then started getting errors after trying to update BOA on the app. I just painstakingly went through this process with negative results.

In most cases, these errors resolve themselves within 24 hours and you will be able to connect on the next business day.
